Fire Spice Company was founded by Chef Douglas Katz in 2016, in Cleveland’s Historic Shaker Square.

Katz's mission was to share signature chef-driven recipes and hand-crafted spice mixes for the home cook. Project includes packaging for 12 handcrafted spice mixes, photo styling, and art direction.
